These Terms and Conditions outline the agreement between Hair by Rozi (“Stylist”) and the Client for bridal hairstyling services provided outside of Australia, specifically within Europe. By booking with Hair by Rozi, the Client agrees to the following:

1. Booking & Deposit
• A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total service cost is required to secure your booking.
• Dates are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
• The remaining balance is due 30 days before the wedding date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
for any reason a member of the bridal party or guest pulls out, the pricing will not be altered due to loss of earnings. Your balance owing will remain the same as per invoice. Extra guests may be added subject to availability.
• All deposit payments are strictly non-refundable and non-transferrable. This also applies to weddings that have been cancelled for personal reasons.

2. Travel & Accommodation
• All travel-related costs, including flights, transfers, luggage fees (for hairstyling equipment), and ground transport, must be covered by the Client.
• For bookings requiring overnight stays or early morning starts, accommodation for the Stylist (minimum 3-star hotel or equivalent) must be provided or reimbursed.
• Travel expenses will be quoted and agreed upon before confirming the booking.

3. Minimum Booking Requirements
A minimum of 4 Adults is required for Rozi to Travel*
• A minimum of 3 services (e.g., bride + 2 bridesmaids) is required for overseas bookings.
• Solo bride bookings may be accepted at the Stylist’s discretion with a surcharge to cover time and travel.

4. Trials
• Trials are highly recommended and offered separately either in Melbourne (before travel) or at the destination (if timing permits).
• Trial fees are not included in the wedding day quote.

5. Schedule & Timing
• A timeline will be provided based on the number of people and styles required. The Client must ensure all participants are available and punctual.
• Additional services requested on the day that were not pre-booked may not be accommodated, depending on timing.

6. Changes & Cancellations
• In the event of cancellation by the Client:
• The deposit is non-refundable.
• If cancelled within 30 days of the wedding date, 100% of the total amount will be retained or payable.
• In the rare event the Stylist must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (illness, emergency, etc.), all monies paid will be refunded and reasonable assistance will be given to find a replacement.

7. Health & Safety
• The Stylist will maintain high hygiene standards and use only professional tools and products.
• The Client must inform the Stylist of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to the service. The Stylist cannot be held liable for any allergic reactions if prior notice is not given.

8. Photography & Promotion
• With consent, Hair by Rozi may use photos taken during the service for portfolio and promotional purposes, including website and social media.
• The Client may opt out by informing the Stylist in writing.

9. Liability
• The Stylist is not responsible for delays or unsatisfactory results due to interference, tardiness, or environmental conditions beyond control (e.g., extreme weather, lack of air-conditioning, etc.).
• Hair by Rozi holds public liability insurance, but clients are advised to ensure their own event/wedding insurance for added coverage.

By paying the deposit, the Client confirms understanding and acceptance of these terms.
